City Center Rosa Hotel Phu Quoc

The staff was very patient, friendly and helpful. Location was excellent and feel very safe.. We had a very late flight, they let us store our luggage after checking out, they even offered us to use the shower after a long day and before going to the airport

The shower water was not hot enough during our stay.

This property was really quiet, good location, clean, very comfortable. Staff were so kind.

After backpacking the mainland for weeks our goal was to recharge our body battery in a relax setting before we fly back home . Rosa provided us just that . Clean , comfortable , well situated and with a warm welcoming , it fitted our needs . With a fridge , a good size balcony and the main street just steps away , we could even have breakfast to our liking and at our pace . Rent a motorcycle straight from the airport parking and you're self reliant for your stay . Sao beach for a secluded and beautiful ocean dip . Pepper farm up north very educational . Phu Quoc prison museum to never forget what war really is . Hon Thom for it's themed development , although mostly empty . Lots to do around . Night market a few blocks away . Enjoy !

The room is super clean and new, the staff is very young, supportive and easy to talk. They have a milktea store right beside and will discount 15% if you stay there. Position is super convenient since it’s close to the center, easy to go shopping (night market) or try local food around. I have a wonderful time here and will come back for sure in future if i go to Phu Quoc again.

The staff speak very little English. The shower head is in the middle of the bathroom making everything wet.

Very nice small hotel. My room was spacious, sea view and sunset from my balcony was unforgetable.Location was great, hundred meters from bus stop and very close to the beach. Reception staff were very kind and helpfull. I have 27 days long stay and staff made me feel at home.Thank you

It is located in inside a alley which becomes dark at night, nothing inside that alley. Fenced off lands. Unfortunately there was an issue with the water that makes look pinky for 2 days. I did not dare to take a shower with such water.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was just as advertised—clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We found the location convenient; it’s on a quiet street, just a few meters from the free bus stop, and even within walking distance of the city center, just as we had hoped.Without a doubt, the most important highlight for us was the warm and attentive service from the staff. They were always kind and helpful, and one of them even assisted us in resolving an issue with our tickets.If we return to Phu Quoc in the future, we would definitely choose this place again.Cảm ơn rất nhiều và chúc mừng năm mới! ??

Located 5-7 minutes walk away from the public part of Long beach. The staff was great, clean room and nice sea side view. Quality coffee shop next to the hotel. Very close to the night market.

Sometimes it was not possible to sit at the balcony at night because of strong trash smell(they collect trash from street in the evening). This has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

In Vietnam this was the cleanest room Ingot so far. The bed was comfortable, room facilities were nice and relatively modern. I used laundry service which was fast and good (40k/kg). Check-in and check-out was fast, neighbourhood was not noisy.Location: I was aware where I am going so I was fine the I need to walk 15 minutes to the city which is totally fine for me. In exchange the beaches here are way better than in the city.+++ I highly recommend the massage salon next to the hotel. It's not as busy and shady looking then the ones on the mainroad. The place was clean and comfortable with subtle music, fresh fruits and little surprises. I'm so glad I went there.+++ Nguyen specialty café is also great next to the hotel. They have various types of coffee beans although nobody speaks English so I chose randomly.

I had some struggle turning on and off the A/C but maybe it's just me.

Everything about this small boutique type hotel. The reception staff are exceptional and very helpful. Loi and Huyen in particular were very helpful and both with exceptional people skills and should be considered as an asset to the hotel.Beds are very comfortable and room facilities are no less than what you would find in a 4/5 star hotel.

Everything! The most important part - the lovely and warm staff that help you with whatever you might need and really made our vacation better with their kindness. Thank you!It was very clean (daily cleaning provided and we really appreciate that the cleaning was made after we left the room, no matter what hour), big and comfortable bed, close to the beach and the night market, it was on a secondary street so there was no noise.

Had a larger than average room with a sofa and balcony with sea view room 302. Young man on reception was really friendly. We booked again for 2 days time

Stayed previously in room 302 which was lovely, but this time we got allocated 305 overall the room is modern and nice however it was much smaller and was very dusty with dirty walls

The room 305 needs a good clean and fresh paint. Very dirty thoughout and loads of geko poos on balcony.
